Read is not able to sit at the table and type without a lap mate. Usually one hops up, but last night they squished in and made room for two.
Cats think they are higher and mightier than anyone else, so this a perfect abode for them. Dad and I thought it was quite humorous!

Miles (our Boston terrier) does the same thing when I work from home. He makes for a great lap-warmer…right up until my legs fall asleep.
Yeah, Sam has a way of doing that too. Read is much less fidgety than me…I think the animals have learned that he makes for superior resting.
